I use this "sterile fox urine" that came with my grass pee box..I think it helped! But box came with a container with sides...so what I also did was put a pee pad in it without the grass and since my doggie was already pad trained, he would go into the box to pee, and we would congratulate him. After a while we started putting the grass in with a pee pad folded in half close to the entrance of the box, and he would go in and pee, and again we would reward him. We eventually took away the pad and viola! Grass box trained! But my grass stated smelling horribly of ammonia no matter how much bleach/baking soda/laundry detergent i put in it...so now I just use the box as a pad holder...lol |
