 STILL won't wear sweaters
When I put them on him he automatically puts his head down pouting and rushes off to whatever corner he can find or into his bed. He will stay like that for hours and hours on end! I took him to a friend's to play with another puppy and he sorta forgot it was on, but still wasn't himself. He is sorta the same way with his harness and even leash. He wants to just hide or lay down and not move. This is making it hard to teach him to be outside on a leash and I can't have him off it unless he is on my lap or in a fenced area which I don't have.
I gave in and took the sweater off tonight after telling myself I would just leave it on several days. BUT he wouldn't budge out of his bed hardly and I thought it was unhealthy for him to just lie around all night.
A positive: he no longer acts this way with his collar and doesn't fight it even though I take it on/off every day.
