Thank you all so much for the thoughts and prayers. Mom did great with her surgery. She was really groggy when she finally got to her room. But by the time I left, they had brought in her supper tray and dad was feeding her. She was lots more alert when I left. She is in some discomfort, but that is to be expected. I got to talk to her surgeon and he said the surgery went perfect. They will be getting her up to walk in the morning, so I dread that for her. They are sending a physical therapist to her home for the next month, so luckily she wont have to leave home for that.

Oh Michelle, I am just now seeing this. I am so happy to hear your Mom came thru the surgery just fine.
