i would think that hot water is a way healthier option then putting a bunch of cheese on the top!
i'm no expert, but i would say that's totally fine.
did the vet check all of her teeth and inside her mouth? since she is still eating the same food it almost seems like the crunch of the kibble is what she doesn't like...
any retained baby teeth?
i know since Brew got his neuter and 3 retained baby teeth out he has been eating wayyyyyyyyy better. even kibble he used to ignore he will eat now with no problems
