Don't give free run of the house. When you are home, only let her in the room you are in...that way she is easy to monitor
Where do you keep Mollie when you aren't home? You could try an x-pen. THat is how I trained Teddy. We put his potty pad & holder in his xpen. He then learned that was his place to go. He is a little over a year now and while we are at work he is confined to the living room...the only reason he isn't in the x-pen anymore is because he does not have accidents and knows where to potty. My 5 month old is still in her xpen.
