I'm glad you decided against the shock collar. I have posted on some threads where I calculated the estimated "shock" in these collars on a small yorkie. I would not use one of these on a small dog like a yorkie (actually not a large dog either, but that's me). If you do a search, I'm sure you could find the info posted on these collars.
Some on here have said they have had good results from either the citronella collars and/or from the ultrasonic collars. I have not tried these personally, but I think they would be a better option. |
