I feel your pain. I lost my little guy the end of Sept. Someone took him out of my yard. I posted fliers and posted them everywhere. I made business cards with his information and many people took them over a flyer. Granted they are not big to post on a pole, but they go well on bulletin boards and easy to replace. They are also small enough that they are memorable for people when they have something in their hands. Also, I went to subway to get a sandwich and was talking to the people that worked there and they took a bunch of my cards and left them on the counter for people to look at or take while waiting to pay.
My little guy is also microchipped and I am hoping that will get him home too. I read stories all the time of dogs finding their way home eventually through microchips.
