Um, I wish I could help, but he may have been abused by a man, hence his aggression towards him. I'm just curious as to why you took him knowing this information?
The only I can say is if you really want to keep him your man has to be patient with him, NOT yell at him for any reason, show him extra love and affection and praise him with treats. If he can't do that your Yorkie will never open up to him. Yorkies need to gain trust. Good luck!
