So sometimes they are talking but we aren't listening. Lilly wasn't telling me I thought......... She would "go" when I walked her but I would still find lil piddles. She would sit on my lap or near me on the sofa, or on the bed... and often she would crawl up into my lap and kiss my face, over and over. I thought she was just so cute. It took me 3 months to connect the dots, when she licked my chin wagging her tail. pawing my chin. She was telling me it was time. It has never occurred to her to stand by the door and bark or whine at me across the room whine she could just as easily look me in the eye.

I have to tell you once she got through to my thick head what she was trying to say she was very pleased. I kept telling people she was like un-trainable. And I was the one the whole time who wasn't listening. We don't have accidents any more.
