Oh dear god yes! My cousin had pictures of herself drinking, and the drinks she was about to consume, and all this drink, drink, drink stuff on her FB page. She didn't understand why she couldn't find a job.
Jobs do check your FB page to see what kind of a person they're hiring. All it takes is a friend of a friend, and 300+ friends and they'll be able to view your stuff.
