I use a mustache trimmer on my boys' ears. Many exhibitors say the Wahl Peanut (available on Amazon) is good for ears and feet, and I have been meaning to buy one for a long time.
A regular size Wahl or any trimmer would be too big to work on a Yorkie's ears.
