I'm afraid he will never go back to kibble, it was already very difficult to get him to eat - I had to mix wet and a tiny smudge of cream cheese for him to even get close to it.
Is the chicken and rice with pumpkin something I can feed him forever? He also has me sprinkling a packet of probiotics on his food. I love seeing him be excited about his meal and I liked the idea of knowing exactly what's in his food. I also notice he is not flatulent like he usually his on his regular food. |
Ohhh I can sympathize with you! When my Teddy had a bout of diareah...we had him on chicken, rice and probiotics. He is a very picky eater too and boy did he chow down on that food lol! When it came time to put him back on his kibble...I still sprinkled a little probiotic on it. I also warmed his food up a little in the microwave with water - that seemed to work too. He will be fine...don't worry!
