Sounds like your groomer is great! The previous groomer was a place of chaos- constant barking etc. calinis accustomed to a pretty calm environment and I think all the noise was hard for her - plus she is a service dog and thinks she is always "on duty" when she hears any loud noises. She just could not seem to be able to settle down. Your place sounds like the ideal!
