i will NEVER pay a custom price for something that is a standard size.... slapping a mat and a frame together is EASY, and it doesnt need to cost a fortune... It is a little out there with how much these things cost (although, when i did work at aaron brothers, my mom would get custom work done because of the MASSIVE discount when i worked there...)
