I used a onesie, but I cut a hole in the bottom of the backside. That allowed her to go potty without having to remove the onesie, while still protecting the incision from anything that might be on the floor or the ground.

It's good that you can be there for the weekend. She should be much better by Monday, and most bounce back even quicker than that.
