Her first birthday will be July 10th. The hubby and I are already trying to decide what to do. I know I want to have a special dress made and maybe a hat too. I wish I could have a party and have lot's of YT'ers over or something. I may see if my parents can come up for her birthday. I know I want to have a fun filled day where it's all about Katie Scarlett...but then again, isn't every single day all about KS? Tee hee!
