Default UPDATE diagnosed with possible HGE, maybe Inflammatory bowel disease. Need advice!

I contacted the vet that treated Daisy at the emergency hospital she went the first night they thought she had HGE. I was telling him about the symptoms she is still having, such as the vomiting and had another bloody diarrhea since the first one in December. Before telling him what my vet and I have ruled out he asked if shes been tested for inflammatory bowel disease which is the one thing we havent ruled out. I did a little online research and saw that the main symptom is diarrhea which she really doesnt have. She has a lot of loose bowel movements and then they go back to normal. Her bowel movement usually changes doesnt stay loose or normal too long just goes back and forth every other day almost. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about inflammatory bowel disease and if her symptoms sound like what youve experienced with your dog.

-frequent vomiting, (every other day usually at night) until we started reglan on january 9th. Shes has vomited four times since then and throughout the day burps and then sounds like shes vomiting in her mouth and swallowing it. Some times sounds like a cat does when they have a hairball.
-normal activity until the last week (I feel like she hasnt been as active as usual). She used to be high energy and very hyper from 7 at night until about 11pm. Now she really is hyper about 15 minutes then back to laying down.
-She eat IAMS catfish and potato. 1/4 to 1/2 cup canned food throughout the day (I break it up so its about four times a day). Started this January 9th.
-She has had three episodes of bloody diarrha. february 2011 then was fine after treatment until the next episode in early december 2011. another one on january 2012.
-shes had baruim xray, xray, exploratory surgery, tests for about everything it feels like. giardia test february 2011. ruled out pancreatis, addisons, ulcer, liver shunt, blockage (but still keep hair as a possibility but they doubt it), bloodwork, and im going to have stool sample for them to test on the 17th, biopsy hasnt been sent out yet, but I want to call tomorrow and tell them to go ahead. Also when they did the exploratory surgery the vet felt like her gi tract was not that inflammed and everything seemed normal.
-being treated with hypoallergenic food and 1ml reglan twice daily, 1/4 of a pepcid pill once daily.
-vet recently suggested trying a quarter inch of vasoline (if it is a hairball to help it move through her gi tract). I see a lot of hair in her bowel movements (my hair and her hair). I havent tried this yet though.
-spoken with three different vets.
-shes one year seven months old and weighs a little over 3 pounds.
