Maybe if there was a plea to the tv station that was running the ad to refund the retard's money and tell him to take his business elsewhere based on his obvious lack of care for the dog's health. If someone were to put together a "packet" of info on the twirp and present it to the station....sometimes you'd be surprised what stations will not want to be a part of. Even in backwoods KY, they will not run certain things because of the liability of doing so...you'd have to think that down in FL they'd think the same way.
