How old is she? The vet should have told you no eating past a certain time. The incision needs to stay clean and dry and no licking it. Be careful with running and jumping because that can tear stitches and rip the incision. They should give you pain meds and tell what to do and what not to do. I think one of the most important things to get is the blood work before they put her under and spay her.
