My avatar picture shows them walking on a coupler I made, the ones in the store were so short that they couldn't lift their legs up to pee without peeing on the other one. I had a couple of cheap leashes from the dollar store and just added a d ring to them. Most the time when we walk hubby goes along, and so we each have one dog. I'm told couplers shouldn't be used if there is a big difference in sizes of the dogs.
