If you get a dog just to keep inside 24/7, why not get a fish or a hamster instead? Heck, I even used to take my guinea pigs out in a pen for some fresh air. They are babies but they are first and foremost DOGS. They are gonna roll in smelly stuff once in a while. It's what baths are for. With that said, I don't know why he'd be getting fleas every day. You should keep Advantix or Frontline on all of your dogs monthly or treat your yard.
