You should take your Yorkie outside, if you don't want him to go in the backyard maybe take him on a walk- I would put him on a flea/tick medicine monthly. Like K-9 Advantix or something like that.
To not take him outside bc you don't want him to get "dirty" is just silly that's what baths are for.
