Once you've got the all-clear from the vet re health + diet - I wonder if you've tried the 'Groomers' shampoo?
I think some of the dog shampoos are kind of too harsh for our Littlies. Sometimes, they make the sebaceous glands work overtime, which in turn makes the hair greasier.
Bob Martins used to do that for Harry, so I changed to Groomers lavender + mint and it works a treat. I got it from Pets at Home. Good luck! Sally + Harry x
