So sorry for your losses. Hope the last puppy survives.
Whenever I have a litter of puppies, mom and her pups are isolated from the rest of the dogs in the house. When mom wants a break she can go out and take a break from her pups and go out side with the other dogs. Or she can go to another area of the house. None of the other dogs come into the puppy area for just the reasons you described. Other dogs, female and male cannot be trusted around the puppies, even the sire.
The other female needs to be spayed and rehomed immediately in a home where she is the sole female.
