Thanks for the responses. I may look into Tampa. I want to be on the Gulf Coast as I think it is beautiful there!

Part of the problem with NC is that the time of year we are going, none of the homes have the pools available. It is too early and they want an arm and a leg and your first born in order to heat them early. So that is why we decided to look further south. I want it all... LOL But I will check out Rudd Realty, haven't looked at their rentals yet.
