I think it's so important to exercise with your dog. A lot of us dog owners put so much into their dogs and can neglect ourselves. Exercise is good for our dogs and US! My Aunt forgets this and she does so much for her dog, even has dog walkers, but she doesn't exercise herself and she's very obese now. I'm trying to convince her to walk with her dogs more, but she won't really listen. |
