Default Moving & Issues With Moodiness

Hi everyone,

I apologize if there is another thread of this kind somewhere else in the forum. I tried doing searches for 'moving', 'moving and apartment', etc and came up with nothing so I am initiating a new post.

I just moved (about a week ago) into a new townhouse with my little girl, Lola. She is just 9mo. old and my old apartment is the only home she has known since the end of September when I got her.

Lola is normally happy, playful and a big time cuddle bug but i've noticed that ever since we've moved she seems anxious and scared, always running into her crate or bed for safety when we play or sometimes even when I try to pick her up and cuddle. She goes through moody little spurts where she'll be normal Lola and then she'll clam up and hide out of nowhere.

The one huge difference between places is that my old place was wall to wall carpet and this one is strictly hardwood floors. Do you think that could be setting her off?

I've set up little Lola stations around the house (about 4 or 5) with comforts of her beds, one has her crate, some toys and a blanket that she is familiar with so she knows that this is Lola's house, but i'm getting sad and thinking she may never adjust.

Help...
