For one that I know of from my own is extreme anxiety issues. My dog was a pet store pup ripped away from mom probably at 6 or 7 weeks. She has extreme anxiety when I go to leave the house. When she goes behind a gate or in a cage she licks and licks until she's soaked and all slimy wet.
Another is potty training. Harder for some reason. Not sure why.
Biting, nipping is another issue. When they bite mom she scolds them at a certain age. When they are taken away they are not taught that. Those are only three I know off top of my head.
