At that age, it's one that you really have to jut discuss with your vet. Some dogs get so weak and "old" at that age that it's not safe to put them under. Then there are some like my 14 year old mix who acts like a 5 year old and he still goes under for his teeth cleanings. Talk to your vet. So long and she's still very healthy, there should be no problems putting her under to get her spayed.
