Yorkie puppies should not leave there mothers until they are 12 weeks old. All reputable breeders know this and its is also what the YTCA says. If she isn't keeping the puppies until 12 weeks I would also be worried about other things she hasn't done. Were the parents health tested? Is LP in there lines? Are they AKC registered? I think if at all possible I would not get my puppy from this breeder.
