MY pup was also scooching when he was really young. My vet said that was normal due to the irritation on their bum. I constantly wipe with a warm baby cloth and I cut the hair around his bum so that nothing gets stuck. I wouldn't worry unles its constant scooching. Just check to see if there is clogging and keep the area clean with a warm soft cloth.
