LOL, I guess you mean can the washables be bleached, yes they can but I don't bleach mine, I wash mine is hot water with soap, 1 cap full of white vinegar and a dust of baking soda, and they come out of the dryer smelling angelic..LOL and yes some of my parents that train their pups to use a litter box use the washables with the box. I use the pad holder from Walmart with my washable pads..
here's a picture.. oh and I never had a tracking problem with the washable ones..
