Hi , oh poor babies.
Probably the safest thing to do would be to get a suggestion
from your vet . If you put too many different things on her it could just make the problem worse. Your vet could prescribe a special shampoo and maybe a medication for the itch.
For your yard you could get one of those sprays that you attach to your garden hose and do the whole area just don't let the dogs out in it for awhile.
For in your house you could use food grade diatomaceous earth.
Just sprinkle around in corners and stuff. ( make sure it is food grade)
that is what i use in my home.
