Awwwww cute. How old is he? My puppy was a mess when I first got him. Bouncing off the walls etc. Wouldn't listen at all. But after a month and a half of having him and repeating commands over and over and over he is starting to get it. They just have to hear things (sometimes like 50 times) before they really "get it"
As far as his name grab a treat. Put it up to his nose so he smells it. Then say BRUTUS and put it up to your face. When he looks at you and makes eye contact give him the treat immediately. Soon he will learn his name
