I have PetPlan and I am extremely happy with it. Roxi was diagnosed with minor MVD (which is genetic) and PetPlan reimbursed me almost $2,000 for all the testing, liver biopsy and exploratory surgery she had. Considering at the time I had only paid in $150 in premiums at the time, I can't complain. They reimbursed me exactly as the policy I chose stated. And their customer service is great. They did make a mistake on the one of the claims, but I had an additional check within a week.
