Ziva's were up and down til 14 weeks and I did all recommended things except taping. I trimmed, yogurt'd and massaged the base of the ears- Seemed to work, she took more notice of holding them up. Now at 2 1/2 I let her hair grow long and it actually dragged her ears down!
