I had Trupanion for Zoey's first year. Then the deductible went sky high and I changed to PetPlan. Then Zoey was dx'ed with Legg- Parthes. Surgery was $2800.00 and the plan did not cover it because the vet said she could not say "100%" that it was caused from an accident or genetic which they don't cover. Also, the diagnosing of the problem was not covered and that was $400.00. Next year I will be changing again and reading the conditions of coverage very carefully.
