I'm sorry to hear about it. Honestly, I think you are doing good job at potty training and things like this happens. Just have to be more patient and more consistant. Don't slack off on her potty training even if she is doing better.

#1 reason for potty training regression is because the owner slacks off on the potty training because their puppies is doing it correctly. Big mistake! As soon as the owner slacks off, the puppy potty training slacks off.

So my advice is be very consistant don't slack off on the training(even if you think she got it)

Otherwise, you are doing good. Keeping her in the pen while you are away and keep a good eye on her when she is running around the house.
