Hi, so sorry your pup is having problems.

Did your vet suggest getting your pup on probiotics? After so many rounds of medication it takes time for the good bacteria to build up in the gut.... probiotics can speed up this process.

Anything can cause blood in the stool, from foods and treats to a stressful environment. Prescription Science Diet is fine for dogs fighting illnesses, changing foods too frequently can also cause intestinal upset=blood in the stool. The blood won't stop until the intestines are healed and working properly.

Do you give your puppy any kinds of treats or chews? These can also present problems, as many pups are sensitive to some types.
