Honestly, I wouldn't... I changed my plan when Harley was healthy (raised my deductible to have a lower monthly fee) that was incredibly stupid, cause now that I need it (have spent about $2000+ these past 6 months), I can't increase his insurance and I definitely need it. I never thought a 2 year old pup, from a reputable breeder would get so sick.
