I don't think we have that in Jersey, but they may have that in NY. I'm not sure. Our Cable company has an automated system that walks you through troubleshooting! Press 1 if you are ok. Press 2 to repeat the directions. OMG it's so annoying!!! And then these companies realize that everyone goes to press O for a live operator, that a lot of them have that disconnected and it says, We're sorry, that is an invalid choice. AHHHHHHHH!
