I feel that when a person can't or won't love, and give the dog the attention, love and care a dog deserves then is Time to give the dog the oportunity to look for what he deserves with a family or individual that can provide all that for him or her..
I have an open door no questions ask for puppies that i have bred, because I belive on second chances for the dogs..
