I'm so sorry you got burned. I'm a cook so it's an almost daily event but luckily nothing major (though the smallest ones can hurt like heck). If you can get to a doc, and should if it's blistered, there's a cream called silvadine (sp?) that works
great. It soothes & heals amazingly.
I hope it heals soon & there's little to no scarring. Glad the pup wasn't in there as well, you're a good mama to have the aforethought to protect your baby.
