I have Andis as well (2 speed) and love them. I've been using them on my maltese & my daughter's porkie for years. I don't use them much on my yorkie, I like her a little longer, so just scissor her and then use thinning shears to texturize. I do use the 10 blade for her tummy.
I'm looking for a good qualityquiet trimmer for ears & paws though, if anyone has any suggestions. I just tried the Andis Power Trim cordless, quiet, but I think it may have been faulty...one paw and it was super hot already. Also tried one of the Wahl brand cordless and it vibrates like crazy and scares her. |
