at 11 weeks pretty much nothing will stay in and you don't want her swallowing anything - I think about 5-6 months you'll start seeing growth ? I was like that too ...wanted the bows for my girls - but until the hair actually gets into their eyes - (And it will)
then I wouldn't worry about it yet...
