DBlain you might wanna try an x-pen, or you can even extend several baby gates and put them together to make one big one. That way your pup can move around without being tied up. I also have a big crate I got for free from a friend that I put both of my small dogs in when I'm leaving or vacuuming. Keeps them safe and outta mischief. Lemme tell ya they are GOOD at shenanigans.
