That's fantastic!!!! I bet it was so cute seeing them playing together.
When we got Ginger, my daughter was 3 years old - almost 4. We established a rule that she absolutely could not pick Ginger up and if she wanted to play with her she had to sit in the floor. I feared Ginger could be dropped. Anyway, it worked beautifully and now 3 years later they are the best of friends. Like you, of course I was always supervising and never left them alone when she was so young. Now my daughter loves Ginger and always is very gentle with her. I have actually turned her in to a little yorkie nut just like me!! Love it! |
