feeding amount varies according to age , weight , activity etc...
to give you an idea , i feed my 5 month old 5.5 pound yorkie 1/2 cup
high quality per day spilt up into 2 tbs 4 times per day..
i don't know about the milk though.
a lot of dogs have trouble digesting milk...
