Or should I just ask to wait there so she doesn't get crated? She's terrified of the groomers, this one she's never been fully groomed at but I think she was traumatized at another terrible groomers business. Of course I'm paranoid, too, that something will go wrong-but I don't want to offend the new shop.
I wrote a detailed (negative) review about the last groomer which apparently got around town. The new biz knows about it & we discussed it before so maybe they'll understand my fears.
I've been grooming Princess myself, but I've got to face it-I need help before the clothing season is over.
What's appropriate to ask/request without being offensive in your opinion?
