Oh, my mouth just starter watering! I usually cook it for 9-10 mins for ribeye medium rare (with the grill around 375 degrees). Yes, the heat stays rather steady on my Weber, definitely makes grilling easier.
That's a great idea, should we share recommendations with the ladies too? Or just keep it in here?
I'd be happy to recommend stuff if it's something I know about...
